1. Before work begins
A client may cancel for a full refund at any time before Le Vide sends written start confirmation. Work begins only after the signed agreement, full payment, and all required materials are complete. Until that confirmation is sent, the fee remains refundable.
2. After work begins
The fee is nonrefundable after Le Vide sends written start confirmation and begins work. A client’s dissatisfaction with a professional opinion, readiness status, or recommendation is not grounds for a refund.
3. Seven-day slot hold
Accepted clients have seven calendar days to sign the agreement, pay, and upload complete required materials. Le Vide may release an incomplete slot after that period. If payment was made but written start confirmation was not sent, the payment will be refunded.
4. If Le Vide cannot meet the deadline
If Le Vide determines that it cannot deliver by the agreed deadline, the client may choose either a new written delivery date or a full refund. If the client chooses a refund, the engagement ends and Le Vide will not be required to deliver partially completed work.
5. Client-caused delay
If a client supplies inaccurate or incomplete information, changes materials after the written start confirmation, becomes unresponsive, or otherwise prevents timely performance, Le Vide may pause the turnaround and provide a revised date in writing. A client-caused delay does not create an automatic refund right after work has begun.
6. Corrections after delivery
The service includes one clarification email submitted within seven calendar days after delivery. Le Vide will correct verified factual errors, but does not provide revisions, rewrites, or changes based on creative disagreement. A qualifying factual correction is a remedy, not a refund event.
7. How to cancel or request a refund
Email info@levidefilms.com with the client name, project title, invoice number if available, and request. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Posting time depends on Wave, the payment processor, and the client’s financial institution.
